Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the Jubilee Thrift hangtags are still securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return for quality, you will receive a digital gift card via email to use on your next unique wardrobe addition.
